Jane is right on it is very difficult to detect pregnancy in such a small animal, also it is a marsupial so the babies are in the pouch 16 days after conception and the babies are so small up until they've been in the pouch for a while that is would be hard to detect before unless your glider lets you look around inside her pouch, or if while petting her belly you feel something hard about the size of a bb (that is about the size they are when the first enter the pouch) don't press hard on this if you feel it, it is a joey. As for the father being a good father after neutering, that shouldn't affect his fathering skills, but you might want to wait til the babies are a couple weeks old before neutering the father (just to play it safe).
