You could try putting all of the veggies she likes and apples into a blender. Then add other fruits to the 'mush' - introducing the newer fruits under the disguise of her favorites. I know, its sneaky... but some things with these guys must be done that way :)
This is how I had to get some of mine to eat their veggies. Their previous owner only fed them what they liked and therefore they had never seen a balanced diet. They are all now 'on track' and eating almost everything possible.
It is also how I wean my babies onto solid foods from Mommy...
