: I know some people are against "American Express" gliders(never leave home without it), but I am curious as to who all has one, how long it took you to bond with it, If you use a leash, and also if anyone has carried the female with joeys in the pouch.

Eos is an "American Express" glider. She has gone to the symphony, the museum, restraunts, movies, malls, etc. I'm starting grad school in the fall, but taught elementary last year and took her with me daily from Spring Break (when I got her) on. I didn't show her or let others touch her for about 6 weeks, and after that she was bonded to me. She has been around children (who were taught to respect her by talking quietly and using very gently touches with her) all her life, and so she is quite used to other people handling her. She has never tried to run away, so I don't use a leash. Sometimes she would even pop out during class and sit on my shoulder while I taught. The kids loved her, and learned not to cause a stir when she came out if they wanted to get to see her. Of course, I plan to take her to grad school, too. Maybe she won't be the first glider with an advanced degree! (Hee, Hee) :)
