She's just trying to take a poop. Mine does the exact same thing. She shakes a little, raises the base of her tail, and quite frankly, poops. Then she does the whole routine, you described, afterwards. It's not anything to worry about. But you can go on and take her to the vet anyway if it doesn't sound at all like we're describing or if you're just scared...
