: It sounds to me like it could be tail cocking, mine do this alot when something new is in there cage or if they are really curious about something. They will kind of flick there tail up and down, it sorta looks like maybe a poop but then they do the run around the new object and cock the tail again. Does she make a short hiss sound when she does this? Mine does the hiss thing when it's a difficult poop.
Does she look really alert when she flicks her tail?

I don't know if there's something wrong or not, but it really seems like it... Lydia's whole back side will just sort of shake/quiver every minute or two, and when it happens her tail sort of cramps up... like it curls... sort of... I mean, I don't know how to explain it. Can anyone help??? I know the thing to do is go to a vet right away, but tomorrow is Sunday, so I won't be able to get to the vet until Monday. She also seems to be acting a little different... like for example, after the "spasm" happens, she'll run around real fast for a minute, then stop and just hang there again, and it happens... (this has been going on while she's hanging upside down from the top of her cage).... PLEASE help if you have any idea what might be wrong... I'm really worried, and can't get her to the vet for two days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :_(
