I read your message about the droppings. I got to find the bird cage feeders you were talking about. I used to put alex's dish (plastic lid off of a sour cream container) up onthe platform up high but he pushed it off and ended up with no food so I put it on the floor now . When i take him in the bathroom to play he always goes from the toilet seat down,not up. I guess floor gliders aren't good cos they can be stepped on?
