I have the same problem!!!
two males, (un-named), they sit in the corner (together) and bark. it lasts for about 10-20 minutes usually around 5am. then it stops. this happens two or three times a week. attention doesn't seem to make them stop, and they have food, water, etc. i'm stumped! :(
