Alot of the stuff you need to worry about is similar to baby proofing for a human baby. Outlets covers are a must!!! Also if there is a ceiling fan remember to turn it off. As for the furniture...i don't know what to tell you about that. I've never had a problem with my gliders getting under furniture...but who's to say yours won't.
I hope this might have helped some.
good luck :)

: I need some help with glider-proofing. I'd like to fix my room to the point where I could let my glider out to play even if I am not going to be in the room for a few minutes. Right now, I'm so worried she'll hurt herself, or hide out somewhere where I can't find her that I keep a CONSTANT eye on her while she's running around the room-- and I mean literally CONSTANT!!!

: Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated... there's lots of furniture in the room, and I kind of worry about that... like her going under the bed, or getting caught up in the mechanism of the chair...

: Please help if you can!

: Thanks :)
