I feed 2 mealworms a night because that's what my vet said to do. But if it's not healthy I don't want to do it anymore. :o) thanks. In the glider goo there is 1 tablespoon of reptivite and bone-aid *a total of 2 tablespoons* there's one egg, half a cup of honey, 14 oz. of V8 splash, 1 can of meat baby food and I can't remember if there is anything else. :o)
