I heard from the breeder today. She told me that the baby is still at the vet. He can't find anyhing physically worng with her but she had been developing normally and then suddenly jus stopped. He thinks she may be diabetic. The breeder does not seem responsive to me taking her and would rather I wait for the healthy joey on its way. Although I would prefer to take her I am kind of relieved to hear that the breeder is reluctant to have someone she doesnt know take on the responsibiliy of a sick baby. So even if I dont wind up with her, I feel much better now that she will be alright where she is.
