: I've had Raz for a month now and she was doing well at first I was able to pet her and feed her from my hand. The other night she got loose in my room and it took 3 of us to catch her. I was able to put her in my pocketfor a while and she seemed fine, however since then she won't come out of her house when I open the cage door even if Iwalk away. She won't come out of her house unless all the lights are off in the room. Help I don't know what to do!

This is normal. Since gliders are nocturnal by nature they tend to shun lights. Especially bright lights. This can work to your advantage because you can use bright lights to keep your glider out of rooms you do not want it in.

Try dimming hte lights when you want her to come out.

As for catching a loose glider. Be still. Dim the lights, and crouch down low and be still and the glider should come to you.
