I agree with Elwin. the sad thing is, that too many people think their gliders need the extra companionship right away, and What Elwin said is correct, many times, more often than not. the extras people get for companions that are mature and of the same sex, end up fighting terribly with the one that was supposed to be pleased. Too many deaths, and aggravation is caused like this. Please understand, I am not "jumping on you here, but others that read this will hopefully take all this into consideration. As for the bonding/trust issues. continue doing what you are doing, but don't try to hold or pet him. Allow him to hold you, as for the petting part, use the back of your fingers as much as possible, but right now, you should only be working on allowing him, the time to trust you. Another thing is, with the smell of the other gliders on your hands, he may feel threatened. Good Luck and keep us posted..
