Diets are one of the most confusing and controversial issues regarding gliders, check out the link below, it is from The Sugar Glider Info page, it was put together by a lot of great people, It covers lots of controversial issues. I would say, choose a "proven" diet and stay with it till you have time to really research the different diets and issues surrounding them.
