what do you mean by premade food? fresh fruit and vegetable are best, but baby food is premade and can be used.(the gerber #2, not the graduate stuff) or the briskies or mazuri zoo feed. but premade stuff has preservatives and additives that aren't found in the wild that are good for gliders.
