The best one to use is a "proven" diet, one that has been used by others for long periods of time, the ones that try to go into making up their own diets go through a lot of trial and errors, Check out this diet page, it should have everything on there you will need to make an "educated" decision on what to feed them, it has links as well as "proven" diets..
