ANY irratation will cause her to start chewing at it, have the vet check her for parasites, and a fungus infection as well. If he has some relief spray, he may want to try that on her as well, Also, if he must put her in an E-collar, have him put moleskin on it first as to not irrate her neck, and so he can get it on there a tad bit tighter..
