Gliders are arborial. They naturally live in trees. You can not house break them. Would you expect a bird or squirrel or any other tree dweller to be house broken? Of course not. Gliders will mark you as well as urinate on you. You can decrease this occurance by waking them up and allowing them to urinate in the cage before you take them out to play and then they should be okay for a short time but you can still expect them to go when the urge hits them and they don't care where that is, even the top of your head is not off limits to them.
