If it is a sugarglider you need to start it on a good diet right away. Fresh fruits and a protien source(chicken, lean pork or beef, hardboiled egg with the shell, tofu) with a vitamin supplement like Rep-Cal. You should probably mix up some Ledbetters with NeoCalGlucon in it.

Ledbetters:

2 jars meat baby food
1/2 cup baby cereal
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup wheat germ
2 Table spoons Rep-Cal
Fruit juice (about a cup)
1/4 cup NeoCalGlucon
(I am typing this from memory so anyone chime in if I forgot anything)

Feed (forcefeed if necessary) as much down its gullet as you can along with some fresh water.

Keep it warm and confined until you are sure of its health.
