I hate to be the one to tell you this. You say this will be enough little ones. Marsupials go through a reproductive phase called embryonic diapause. They re-breed the day of or the day after giving birth. So it is most likely that your female is pregnant already and that if you have your male neutered now you may still have little ones again later. The embryos go into a state of stasis until the female is no longer nursing then those embryos will begin their 16 day gestation. I know that you are excited about the little ones. After raising gliders for years I still get excited with each new baby.
