An apology doesn't mean much when you go on to qualify it with a bunch of excuses. Even if the message about the shipping price was cut off the end of your e-mail, by the time you posted your "outraged" letter you should already have been made aware by your father that the shipping price had been discussed between between your father and me on the phone. Plus can't you add? You told your dad that the TOTAL cost of getting the sugar glider, including shipping would be $250. He told me so on the phone. That's $150 for the glider, $20 for the shipping crate ($15 of which I refunded because I found a cheaper crate), and $80 for shipping. I have not "made you look like an ass". You did that all by yourself.
