Subject: Caroline MacPherson and Pygmy Pets

While I haven't had many dealings with Ms. MacPherson directly, she has proved herself to be a cornerstone of the glider community. She has an impressive web site, she's a published author (her glider care book is the best out there, and it's also one of the lowest-priced), and she is an established breeder.

I think it's extremely dangerous to air out a dispute over the Internet without contacting that person directly first. Posts like Scout's can do a huge amount of damage to a person's reputation.

While it's hard to clear up a black mark like that totally, especially when the other party doesn't accept responsibility for their mistake, I would like to add a note of support for both Caroline and Pygmy Pets. I would recommend her book and would feel comfortable referring anyone to Pygmy Pets who is looking for a glider.

I really hate seeing stuff like this happen, because when valid complaints are posted, they're likely to be dismissed because of events like these.
