Sygar gliders need a lot of time and attention, whioch you already said you don't have. Most sugar gliders won't even wake up intil 9:30 pm or later. I try to get mine up everynight at 9, but if its up to him he stays in be tioll midnight. Late night hours is when they have to be fed and taken care of. O hate to say it but sugar gliders are deffinitly lazy. They spend more time sleeping than anything else, and when they are awake playing, you will be in the bed asleep. As far as shy, well most gliders are shy for months until they get to know you, but that depends on how much they have been handled. They live 10-15 years, and being that you are 14 I have a feeling that you don't know what you will be doing in 10 or 15 years. Because they do require so much time and attention it doenst soung like they are the pet fot you. Before buying one soemone should do a ton of reaserch. In order to buy two sugar gliders, cage, and accessories. It would cost you about 600 dollars.
