: Ok I want to hear all of the ups and downs of neutering. Trying to convince my dad that I should get a female friend for Percy. I have mom convinced now. I have to get him neutered though cause I am not ready to breed gliders. Not enough time. If I were going to do so then I would want to spend all of my time with them. Do they have to stay the night after neutering? What does it involve and how do I find a vet willing to do so. Also will it make the bonding process a lil easier? Just lots of questions. Bourbon has DR. Smith ever neutered a glider? Do you think she would be willing to neuter Percy or help me find someone that can?

I had both of my boys done the same time. Due to the distance I had to travel to find a vet that knew enough about gliders to do it, I had to leave mine over night, but they were fine. They had the testicles removed but their scrotums are still intact so to look at them, they don't look neutered. They also mellowed out alot. Good luck.
