Shelia, since you don't plan on pairing them until you have another male, putting the two males, who don't know each other together, is not needed and just causes additional stress for the gliders and you. The two females who are together could begin by getting used to the first male now and when you get the second male, you can start introducing him. The introduction process is the same regardless of the gender. Put their cages close enough for them to see each other, but not reach each other, and exchange sleeping pouches, toys, etc. Then try to let the females out and visit him in the cage. When he is ready to come out of the cage, let him out while they are inside. By the time you get the next male, you may be able to put one of the females with the current one. See how it goes. Use Bourbon's bonding/introduction page to help you.
