The diet that you listed is not a proven balanced sugar glider diet. Many books have out dated incorrect information. Unfortunatly most pet stores feed the gliders an inappropriate diet. I would neevr follow the advice of the pet stores. The leadbeaters has been reaserched specificly for sugar gliders. It is a healthy proven diet for sugar gliders. It is also endoresed by experienced sugar glider vets. Even if you dont use the eladbeaters you need to use a balanced diet. At 5 months old your glider should not be preganant. If that glider is the more dominant than she may be eating more food than the other glider. Do you have a woodent wheel? Do your gliders get plenty of exercise? Like Rosei said it should look like a lump in the tummy...she should not be fat. With a better diet and more exercise she should be able to lose some weight. You can also try feeding the gliders at different times to ensure the other glider gets enough, and that this glider isn't eating too much.
