Hi, I'm a new owner, but I just thought I'd try to help. The only time my gliders try to bite me is when I've been handling something (like fruit) they can smell on my fingers. I have to wash my hands after cutting up any kind of food really good before I can hold them, or I'm in for a good bite. LOL All the things I have read though say that you should never try to(for lack of a better word)disaplin them. What I've read that sounds like a great idea is to sort of trick them. Like one person wrote that every time their Glider would bite them, they would blow (because they hate this) gentely in their face or at them. This makes the glider think that every time they bite a bad thing happens. Or one person had a similar idea which was to get a bike horn or something loud, and do that every time they bite. It startles them (as you probably already know) and makes them thing (again) that something bad happens when they bite. Now as far as the whole "pee pee" thing, I don't know enough about them to say for sure, but as far as I know, that whole mutilation thing is "very" savear. All the stories I hear are like "My Glider chewed up his private areas." or I even heard one person say that their Glider shewed a hole in it's stomach. So it would seem to me that as long as he didn't try to chew it up or anything that he was probably just excited. I would keep a close eye, and watch to be sure, but it doesn't sound like anything to worry about. Hope this helps a little.
