PA does not allow gliders to be brought in from out of state. You are going to have to find a breeder from within the state, which may require a bit of traveling. PA breeders likewise are not allowed to ship out of state...
from my understanding of the laws.
It is much better to buy from a breeder that knows their animals, their animals history, etc. Look for a breeder that works with the joeys to hand tame them. There are several breeders in PA listed on ruth's glider pages. Hopefully one will be close enough to you for things to work out.
