Subject: Bad fruits and vegetables?

I have been wondering. Are there some fruits and veggies that can be harmful for sugar gliders? I remember reading that broccoli and spinach were bad for iguanas... Does it mean they may be bad for gliders?
Is it true that corn has too much phosphorous and should be avoided? (corn and broccoli happen to be my gliders' favorite vegetables).
I know lettuce has very little food value and I suspect that avocado is much too rich, but I would be glad to learn more.
What about exotic fruit? Any forbidden ones? My gliders just adore lichee "nut" (which aren't nuts at all of course).
Also, are there some vegetables that should only be served raw, or only cooked. Everybody suggests sweet potatoe, green bean, etc. but I haven't seen sources that specify 'cooked' or 'raw'.
Thanks for your input.
