: OK all. I took Toby to the vet (finaly) It turns out his ear was never bitten at all. He has a type of "MITE" parasite. The first signs are the ears apearing crusty, rinkled or shriveled. He is getting injections 4 times. 1 shot a week. He has also been sneezing a lot the last two days, in case some one would like another symptom. My vet says it's from the breeding stock Toby came from, and he will deffinatly lose his other ear too. He also said that this is what has keept his foot from healing as quick as it should. So, he's back on that medicine too. My poor little angel. He's still only like 8 weeks out of pouch. My vet gave me an artical that is being passed around the exotic verinarian community. It's all about Gliders and their different medical problems, and the treatments, including the three different strain of "MITES" that are just like the ones Toby has.
