actually this is probably a myth. The eggshell would have to ground up to minute particles before the glider adsorebed any calcium. So I would probbaly give it a miss as it does no good.

: It helps provide calciume. I've make the leadbeaters by blender and by using one of those hand mixers. LOL Wash a pretty sight. They look liek 2 totally different things. I ended up dumping the one I was hand mixing into the blender. Looked much better. :)
