What about neutering Male Glider B, to get rid of the concern, "Male impreganting female while she already has a joey"? That would at least eliminate that concern.
Personally that is what I would do, then put Male Glider B with Glider A. Being Glider A has been malnourished and on meds with joey(s) in pouch, they will probably have problems. I would risk the concerns of them either being eaten or killed by the male. Unless the owner cant handle that. I would let nature take its course. To me the risk of the joeys having too many problems and the risk of losing them is less important than trying to keep the adults safe/healthy/happy.
Now, being Glider A had been malnourished I would not put her with Male Glider B IF he was not neutered. I would not want to risk losing Glider A to another pregnancy.

One question- Is Male Glider B depressed and in serious need of a mate/friend?
