: 1. How long will the baby remain in the pouch

Baby gliders typically stay in the pouch for 60 days, twins will sometimes come out sooner and singles will sometimes stay in longer.

: 2. I carry my glider with me everywhere. Is this a problem or will it become a problem?

So long as she isn't showing signs of stress, like crabbing, nipping, etc. And as long as you aren't exposing her to temperature extremes she should be fine.

: 3. How long should i allow the joey to nurse until I wein
: it?

The joeys should be left with the mother's until they are eating solidly on their own. By the time they are weaned, their tails should be fully fluffed and you should see them eating solid food. This can happen anywhere between 45 - 85 days oop.

: 4. Should I adjust the gliders diet to accomodate with
: any extra nutrition, since she is nursing?

Yes, she needs extra protien and calcium and it doesn't sound like your current diet is adequate. Nuts like almonds are very high in fat which isn't good for your gliders. Apples, oranges and pears combined with yogurt and crickets isn't nearly enough protien, vitamins or minerals to keep mama and joeys healthy. I would suggest switching to a different diet. There are several proven diets out there. I use Mazuri Omnivore which is a pelleted feed with supplements of fruits, vegetables, calcium & protien. One of the other proven diets is Bourbons's Leadbeaters diet. Here is a link to Bourbons Page for more information
