The price for the glider is what we paid for it not including the cage. (Our price is somewhat negotiable.) The glider will probably be very nice for someone who is somewhat experienced. He does crab and is not that mellow as she is not able to get near him at all--he does lunge for her hand and has a fit. After reading all of your information about what to do about gliders that don't bond easily, she has decided to sell him to someone who can give him the attention that he needs. He certainly is not what she expected after doing alot of research--she expected a much more friendly glider. We are certainly not abandoning him and thought it best that someone more experienced would want him before he does become attached to her. If anyone can help us out, we would apprecoate it.

: that cage is pretty small and $250 is pretty expensive for a glider $150 is all that should be asked for. You say your kid has lost interest but is teh glider a problem child or sweet and mellow?

: : : : : About two weeks ago i was told that i was getting a Sugar glider from a man who ownes a pet store. This is how it started...
: : : : : my dad told a guy at work that he was looking for one for his daughter {me} the guy later remembered that HIS friend Knew someone that owned a pet store and could get us one cheap. So my dad called me and told me we were getting one. We had almost everything ready for it when the guy called my and said that the petstore went out of bussiness a while ago but he never knew. And it was about last week that I found this out. So we started searching for some and we found a breeder in Rhode Island! Not far from me! So my dad called her. And found out that she only had a couple breeding pairs, and also had a one year waiting list! So if you know of breeders in the New Hampshire area or Rhode Island area post it here.
: : : : : Thanx lots
