When I first heard about glider 5 years ago there wasnt much to research. There was Riuth's page and her and Tim's FAQ. There was also one discussion board run by Ruth. Everybody realised they knew nothing and freely passed on info. It wasnt until the isga cropped up the first fights started. I researched for about one month before placing an order then it took one month before my babies arrived. I kept reading and think I am still learning five years later. What astounds me is that I am loath to put care info on my pages for fear of telling people anything that they may use in a manner that may harm a glider. BUT stupid teenagers put up sites within days of getting a glider. Why are people so arrogant and why are other people so easily misled.

: I would like to know how long each of you researched gliders before getting one (or more).
: Please be honest. If your gliders were a "impulse" buy and you did your learning as you went along? I don't care... not judging, just asking! :)
: Thanks all!
