I'm so happy to hear Willow is doing well. I love that name. I also realize how worried you must have been when you lost her brother. I have been in that same situation.
You may find that she has a very special personality and that bonding will not be that difficult. Start now by playing with her or just letting her sit with you while giving mom a break for about an hour.
You didn't mention if you plan on keeping her, but if you do, she will have an extra special place in your heart.
