There is no safe way to spay a female..so as to the two females no. As gliders get older they become more territorial and soemtimes agresive towards each other...if yours neevr fight then no you don't...but if your males fight then nutering is one way to try and lower the agression. However some males just can't live together so you may nuter and find out they still fight.
