If this is a double post, I apologize -- lost my connection.

Are they playing outside their pouch when you're not around, or not playing at all?

If they are playing when you are not around, work on bonding.

I also vary the toys in the cage (I rotate toys every week in addition to providing new ones periodically) and change the location of items in the cage (branches, wheel, shelves, etc.). This makes it more interesting for them to come out and play. Gliders are intelligent creatures that need mental stimulation. If they are interested in what's outside their pouch, they will come out more.

If they are not active at all, I'd suggest getting them to the vet for a check-up -- there are many illnesses and parasites that cause lethargy (lack of energy).

Good luck!
