kristy cut there food up in about 1\2x1\2 inch squares that is what my gliders like best and i find it keeps them from leaving half eaten pieces in the cage. if you don't have to skin the fruit if you clean the cage everyday like you should do anyway and sprinkle some glidervit or repcal on the food everyother night too make sure they get the vitamins they need
