Like you, I expected to see little peanut shaped lumps on Lucy, however, she carries hers more to the front of her which makes it very hard to see until the joey is good size.
Also, mine moves around the cage very quickly (she doesn't like much out of cage time while pregnant for some reason)
and it is really hard to see.
