I can tell you that Baybe does that when she is trying to shake the joeys off the nipple so she herself can get up and out.. Also when he isn't comfortable, with the joeys position, much like when you are holding a young child on your lap, and that child isn't in the "perfect comfortable position, so we have to shift and sqirm to get them set in that "right place", but then again, we don't have them attached to our nipples either...
