There wasn't enough margarine on the potatoe to really count, and the last time they had baked potatoe was probably 6 mos. ago. There usually isn't any leftover for them :-)
Any of baby foods are ok as far as I know. The only ones mine will eat are cherry vanilla, hawaiin delight. I have tried just about all the others, but mine are EXTREMELY picky eaters. Leadbeaters is totally out of the question. I have tried several modified versions suggested by Bourbon, but to no avail.
If I were you, I would try any of the baby fruits. However, don't use these all the time in place of the fresh fruits/veggies.
