No they are not all wild like that, nor should they be!
I am quite sure that the poor thing was scared to death (wouldn't you be)& I also would not advise buying from any show! Jane is quite right about this.

: I was at the show as well. It was a ZOO!! I went with the intention of buying a glider from Gail Dick. When I visited her booth she gave me a glider to hold. It was very very wild, and it was screaming the whole time. Is this normal? I was a little afraid of it because it was so wild.m I thought I better wait to buy a glider off of someone else. Are all giders this wild when you first get them? How long does it normally take to tame them?
