Ok...I don't think any of you are reading my tread carefully and every one is judging me. I said my babies are FULLY TAME, I only use gloves with adult gliders that come to me and when I do use gloves I only put them on one hand in case they decide to act up! Sometimes people need to use gloves for gliders that are really scared and defensive to get control of them. It's not like I use them all the time! Believe me or not I once got a 1/2 cm. deep cut running all the way down my index finger from handling a wild glider. I tamed him up in a month using gloves and patience. It depends on the situation. I don't use gloves on little babies. Why are you so against them??? It's not like it's cruel. Have you ever had a 5 week old baby? If you haven't then you don't know how they react. The parents do just fine and so does the joey. What about in the wild when the mother looses her baby to a predador they need to get over quickly and they've adapted to do so. And the joey settles right in and relaxes within a couple of days. You feed them, care for them and they just realize your their mother. But, like I said I don't sell them that young because the general population that buys Sugar Gliders don'toperly take care of an infant. I can see that you have your opinions and I have mine. I just want you to realize it doesn't harm the joey.
