Mine prefer freeze dried actually..
If its something live thy like to play with it and kill it but they wont actually eat it.. The first time i fed mine a freeze dried cricket, she wouldnt take it, but it was just because I guess she wasnt hungry because sometimes ill hand her one and she ill take it from me and gulp it down!!
acually she picks it apart and eats the insides first (ew)
Try putting it in with their regular food and see if its eaten the next day.. or try hand feeding it..
