I have to say I agree with Maria. Depending on the food you are feeding now, I would make up the food and freeze it/leave directions for your room mate to follow. This is what I would do.

Ex. I went to my mothers leaving the other half in charge for a couple days, I try not to leave long. I feed the diet found on Bourbon's web site. So I explained how much to feed of the leadbeaters per glider/cage and I cut up fruits and veggs. and froze them explaining to give so much a glider/cage. The only thing that changed was who feed it. That alone might make your glider not eat it, let alone a new diet the may or may not like.

Hope I helped!

: What are you currently feeding your gliders? Are you using Briskys already? If not, switching their food at the same time as you are leaving for 6 days will be incredibly stressful. If your roomate is uncertain about preparing food every day, you could always make up the food and freeze it. Then, roomie just has to pull that days worth of food out of the freezer and feed your babies.

: : accu-feed solely as a diet..
