What do you mean there is no reason to neuter a glider? Can you say population control? Why do you think they cut ferrets? The vet I bought my gliders from mistakenly sold me a male and a female. She has already had one baby, a female, and will soon be ready for another. Gliders in captivity breed at a faster rate than do gliders in the wild. Such rapid reproduction is unhealthy to say the least and could eventually kill the overworked female. I hate to separate my pair as they are so close, but I certainly don't want to be a breeder. Nuetering my male would be most helpful, but I don't know how to go about this as nobody has had any information up to this point.
