My gliders are eating out of mom and dads' bowl 6 weeks OOP. They should be eating fresh fruits and veggies, mealworms, and a good glider food or insectivore diet. Sprinkle the gliderade on top of the food. You can also make the ledbetters mix. Baby food has too much fat and perservatives in it. A little yogurt is fine.
