I am a nocturnal Person, when I try to change my schedule to go to bed at a ceratin time, it makes me edgy, irratable and cranky, not that I can't, But it is definitley something that my body doesn't like. Somethings to keep in mind as well.. If you decide to turn it into a daytime glider, then when would you bond with it? since you sleep at night and have them also sleep at night what time would you have to spend quiet, one on one time with it? I always say Daytime is bonding time, Night time is play time. When they are the most active isn't the best time to get a close bond with it. People have successfully set their gliders clock to wake earlier, but many times it is during late evening hours rather than early morning hours. Also their eyes are not designed to be in the daylight.. Gliders have been known to fry their brain in direct sunlight, Their pupils are so they absorb as much light as they can to see in very low light conditions. Much like when the eye doctor puts those drops in your eyes, they make you wear extremely dark sunglasses to protect your eyes and brain.. If they were inteneded to be daytime animals, they wouldn't be in the nocturnal class of mammal..their eyes would be very different.. Why take the chances..??
