: It seems that everyone has a different opinion on

: add a vitamin supplement on fruits daily...others
: say once or twice a week?

: Thnx Guys

Vitamins are used exactly for the purpose of making sure
they are getting things they may be missing in their diet
especially the picky eaters. Fat has been found to in
the long run cause problems hence using nuts as a treat
only. We now know that feeding cat food is bad and over
kthe long haul causes intestinal blockage. many of the
web pages have not been updated on information that is now
available so people are getting the wrong info from the net.

If you feed Brisky's and Glider Booster then you don't
need an addtional calcium supplement because Brisky's
has calcium in it. If however your glider won't eat Brisky's
you must give a calcium supplement in addtion to the Glider
Booster. Also it is now recommended that a calcium supplement
be given only once a week rather than several as was advocated
a year or so ago.

Much is being learned about gliders all the time. Some
of which is being discovered through necropsies on gliders
that have died of whatever. It will be years before we
know everything about these little fur bundles so the
education goes on and on.

I spend a good part of my day answering e-mail from people
who have read conflicting info on the web. If I can help
a new confused glider owner, great.
