: Hello !
: My female glider has two babies in the pouch, and I'd like to sell them when they're ready to go.
: The only trouble- I heard that a woman in my area sold gliders through
: the newspaper and got in trouble, and Maryland laws are so vague that I can only guess.
: Could anyone offer any help? Thanks!

OK, as a former breeder who was USDA liscensed I can tell you that if you aren't liscensed you can get HEAVILY fined. There are many people on the net looking for gliders. If you want to know Maryland law, check out your Maryland Fish & Wildlife website and check out the USDA site. I wouldn't advertise in the newspaper. Talk to friends and family and see if they know anyone interested in gliders and maybe they can hook you up with someone.
